Business Ethics means the application of the general principles of morality to the business conduct in order to succeed creative balancing behavior and relationships among the company, its shareholders, employees, the public, the customer, the consumer and the wider social and economic environment in which a company or an organization operates. Therefore, the organization ethos can be described as a set of rules concerning responsibility, control, transparency, prudence, cooperation, consistency and continuity on all levels of profitability and quality of products and services, but also on the ethos and professionalism of all workers in general.
