The 18th Responsible Management Excellence Awards by EBEN took place with great success at the French Institute of Greece, under the theme: “Sustainable Actions Make the Difference”, once again confirming the strong presence of responsible entrepreneurship in Greece.
The ceremony was attended by prominent companies, organizations, and groups that are particularly active in the fields of Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics Excellence.
The event was hosted by Ms. Peggy Moutzouri, Strategic Communication Advisor.
Mr. Antonis Gortzis, President of EBEN Greece and former President of EBEN Europe, opened the ceremony with a speech on business ethics. He was followed by the following distinguished speakers.
Mr. Michalis Filippidis, Director of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, ION S.A. Cocoa and Chocolate Industry and Trade.
Ms. Rouli Christopoulou, Corporate Responsibility Manager at ALPHA BANK, with a presentation titled: “Cultivating Financial Intelligence for an Equitable and Sustainable Future”.
Dr. Angeliki Kosmopoulou, Story Strategist – Founder of Storymentor, on the topic: “The Power of Stories in a Changing World”.
During the ceremony, an Honorary Award was presented to Dr. Aristeidis K. Giapalis, Doctor of the Sorbonne University, Honorary Doctor of the University of the Peloponnese and the Hellenic Army Academy, and co-creator and visionary of the Continuous Training Institute of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff.
This was followed by a presentation of the Responsible Management Excellence Awards EBEN GR model, as well as the work of the Ambassadors Club of EBEN, by Ms. Gelina Karella, General Secretary of EBEN GR.
