The 16th RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE AWARDS BY EBEN Award Ceremony took place with great success at the “Kostis Palamas” building.

Yet another year, important companies, Organizations and Groups particularly active in the field of Social Responsibility and Business Ethics participated.

The event was opened by Mr. Antonis Gortzis – President of EBEN GREECE.

 This was followed by interesting presentations by Mr. Spyros Kouvelis , Director, EPLO Institute for Sustainable Development and Senior Advisor, Verimpact and Dr. Konstantina Kottaridi, Professor, University of Piraeus, Director of the Laboratory and Postgraduate Program in Bioeconomy, Circular Economy and Sustainable Development.

The results of the EBEN 2023 POSTGRADUATE THESIS COMPETITION were presented by Mr. Ioannis Filos, Professor of Panteion University and President of the Academic Committee of EBEN and Ms. Nancy Papalexandri Emeritus Professor of Human Resources Management of the Athens University of Economics and Business, on the topic:

“Environment-Social-Governance(ESG) & Ethics”

The POSTGRADUATE THESIS COMPETITION is sponsored by ALPHA BANK and supported by Panteion University and the University of Economics and Business Administration.

The evaluation of the papers was carried out by an Academic Committee and the 1st place was awarded to Gatselos Nikolaos Panteion University, the 2nd place to Mylonopoulos Panagiotis Panteion University and the 3rd place to Malandraki Olga Panteion University.

This was followed by the honorary award to The American College of Greece for its long-standing support to the work of EBEN GREECE, which was received by Dr. Ioanna Patsiotis, Department Head and Professor in charge of the Business Ethics courses at the School of Liberal Arts & Sciences of Deree-The American College of Greece.

The presentation of the RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE certification model and the presentation of the BRONZE / SILVER / GOLD and OLYMPIC AWARDS was held by Mrs. Gelina Karella – Secretary General of EBEN GR, who referred to the significant added value of the RME certification, announcing the names of the Organizations in (alphabetical order).
