ATHENS UNIVERSITY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS (AUEB)
The Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) plays a leading role in advancing sustainable development through education, research, and responsible resource management.
Since 2018, AUEB has systematically recorded its sustainability-related actions. A key pillar is the Laboratory for Socio-Economic and Environmental Sustainability, recognized globally for its impactful research. AUEB also leads two major international initiatives: the United Nations Climate Hub, supporting global climate neutrality, and the European Hub of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network, with 900 member institutions.
Emphasizing interdisciplinarity, AUEB promotes the essential transformation toward sustainability as a non-negotiable path to securing the planet’s and humanity’s future.
