In today’s business environment where due to recession small but also big players face tremendous financial & credibility problems, organizations try anxiously to find methods which will secure their steady growth.
The 22nd European Business Ethics Conference hosted in Athens by the Institute of Business Ethics from 10th to 12th of September 2009 provides the opportunity to bring into light the issues that will offer moral and material motives for succeeding in a sustainable business excellence environment.
The conference focus upon succeeding in leadership sustainability through presentations based upon business experience, emerged by the participation of corporate executives and papers of academic personalities. This, in turn, can facilitate all business and academic participants to be familiarized with methods, systems, development and control tools of Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility.
In this context, academics and executives are welcomed to present papers and business projects respectively as to participate in relative conference sessions.
